I am taking 30mg amitrpline....10mg am and 20 mg PM

Doctor changed prescription to just 25 MG once at night.

How do I go from 30mg total to 25 mg total? Will it be olk to reduce by 5mg in one day? any suggestions on how to decrease by the 5mg slowly.
