Please help 7 mg. Diazepam Tapering plan

    I'm at 7 mg.diazepam daily. Please  anyone advice my tapering plan.I'very heard not more than  5-10% reduction and wait for 1-2 week and cut again.

Hi Siwat-

Yes, this is the recommended reduction rate.

Hi Siwat,

See my signature for how I tapered off Valium. I was making .5mg cuts at 7mg but couldn't handle that all the way down. You may be able to depending on how sensitive you are.
