Can't take this anymore, all started March 2016 with the first non-benzo related anaphylactic shock, my body was a mess and after the second shock on May 2016 (when I CTd K, dexamethasone and all meds and cut valium from 200+ mgs to 90+70 mgs). Last summer 2016 was hell and felt a bit better from Oct-Dec 2016, got bad reactions last year and drastically cut again, now on 2mgs and I get HORRIBLE reactions to a 1 mg dose, going CT or jumping from 2 mgs today, wish me luck please  :(

I wish you good luck with a big hug. Do you have someone with you so you are not alone?

We are many here who are in the same situation. I had never done without BB and all friends.
