Im 95%

Tinnitus comes and goes.

Anxiety to stressful situations is still present.

Other than that, back to normal.

 

Stay strong. Time goes by quick

Don't look back and DO NOT GO BACK.

When was the Tinnitus at it's worst and when did it start recovering?

Great news... I am happy (and frustrated) that you are doing well at 95%. Sad because for this guy, this is really hard to read right now (not to be selfish). I'm 15 months and only took Benzo's for 1.5 years full-time and 1 year PRN before that. Half the dosage that you took and I'm maybe 50% today.

 

Great note to give those behind us some hope...

Colley, I'm having severe withdrawals from a low dose and initially it started after a single pill (+ kindling after). A year and a half full-time is a very long time, I don't think there is a difference between being on benzos 6 months or 10 years, in both cases you are 100% dependent on them already.

 

That's just to say it depends more on how sensitive you are to them than how long you've been on them.

Congrats Flocky.  That's awesome that you have made it 15 months.  Hope the last 5% goes quick.
