Easy Cross Over and Titrate

I was on 4 mild of Xanax for about 13 years, I had to rapidly cross over to Valium. 2 Weeks time stabilized at 40 mi for 2 weeks and was concerned about dropping down to 35 mil but bypassed that and holding at 30 in less than a months time. Is this normal? I will take what I can at this point but I get exhausted about ready horror stories but excited about my future. I know there will be a stone wall at some point but adjusting very well

It's not uncommon to be able to make some pretty easy cuts early-on.  I wouldn't suggest doing cuts that large in the future.
