new0girl, the article covers people who take too much AND too little -- or even none at all. In other words, lots of people aren't following the recommendations. I wish I hadn't followed the recommendations and had, instead, read about benzos, then just thrown the bottle away!

"Too much , too little or none at all.", the premise of course being that there is a right-dose for everyone that will somehow work wonderfully. This gives rise to medication management and finding that perfect dose of every medication, so that stabilization is achieved.

Wouldn't you know it, benzos are always in there! When will the world ever wake up?? It's like the elephant in the room. No one sees or recognizes it, yet it always shows up!
