Absolutely nothing ... I am not defeated! I am healing.

Yep! Even while we are seemingly doing nothing our bodies are doing amazing things on the inside. Hopefully healing all those precious little damaged neurons. Gotta just take it easy.

I’m counting on this!!  Healing happening with time and rest.

I agree, tomorrow I shall rest.  Today, I carried my (heavy) head and body around The Garden Center.

Today I played games on Lumosity, a brain-training app, and did very well. I am showing real progress lately in my cognitive functioning which is a freaking miracle from whence I came. Slowly but surely recovery is happening.

When you can finally do things you couldn't do before it is so exciting.

I got an energy surge like I haven't had in so long I don't remember -    :)

  • Scrubbed kitchen sink & counters.

  • Unpacked (& put away!) 5 shipping boxes of household items - cleaning supplies, bug spary & weed killer, vitamins, hygiene products, vitamins & supplements.
Since one was a large box, I packed it 1/3 full (so I'll be able to lift, or slide it) of old VHS tapes!!
In smaller box, added more & some DVD's.  I've wanted to do that for a long time!

  • Put Down Bug Spray around perimeter, door & outside windows.

  • Paid Some Bills.

  • Laundry.

I feel like Super-girl or Wonder Woman!

Time to Chill-ax!!

I no longer have enough energy left to figure out why the list isn't spacing properly!    :sleepy:

To all of us who accomplished anything today (or any other day!!) - see below. (Fear not, others, you will, too!...Really)  This was a very, very long time coming for me & this wasn't any fun activity - but, at least it was physical activity.

Well done! You're inspirational. Guess I need to start revisiting this thread.

Went through the finances, it always freaks me out.

Paid some bills, did the dishes. Sorted some groceries.

Laundry, dishes, ordered canned food and pastes for Kitty.

Managed to do some work, cause I have no choice.

Went to the doctor for my annual physical and blood draw to check everything out. The needle was cringey for me, but I persevered. I'm checking off those doctor boxes... gyno, mammo, dentist, PCP. Important to keep those visits up!

Had a weird AM wave but drove to Jersey anyway with son -- over an hour.  It was hard.  I forgot I used to feel this way for days on end.  God, what happens?
