Anybody suffering from Gastro..cardiac reflex? Bad. bad reflux, help..

I'm at the end of the taper and got hit with the worse dysautonomia I've ever had.

On top of that I have a new issue of bad reflux and gastritis that causes my heart rate and BP to drop and I feel faint.

Happens at bedtime and the anxiety is horrible.

Are you suffering from the same and can help me with advice?

I see where I need to learn Diaphragmatic breathing and loose wt as well.

Yes, My symptoms are the exact same as your with additional left arm weakness tingling and paralysis from time to time. I am not a happy camper. I cried today and feeling sorry for myself. Going to try to get blood work to see how my adrenals are doing etc. NO FUN....

Know this post has been a while ago, but has anyone else experienced gastro-cardio combined symptoms in their benzo healing journey?  It seems that this is an under reported area, maybe because so much is coming at us at once.  Thanks!
