Account Approval Desk

Welcome to BenzoBuddies.

As part of our general spam protection measures, we require that you first post an introduction. Please create a ticket and tell us a little about your benzodiazepine situation and needs. One of our team will approve your membership as soon as possible (usually within minutes). Once your account is approved, you will have full posting rights, with access to additional forum functions and forum boards. In the meantime, please feel free to browse the forum on a read-only basis.

Once your account is approved, the Account Approval Desk will disappear from view, and you will find your introduction posted to the topmost board, Introductions. Please do not include personally identifying information in your introduction, as it is policy that members should remain anonymous.

Usually, accounts are approved within minutes. If you find account approval is delayed, it is probably because there are no suitable members of the team available - please be patient. However, it is probably worth checking your introduction on the Account Approval Desk, as occasionally we require clarification or further information before approving an account.

You might like to include some of the following information in your introduction:

  • Your reasons for joining BenzoBuddies (withdrawal support; taper advice; information; etc.);
  • The type of benzodiazepine (or z-drug) you take or have taken;
  • For how long you have been taking benzodiazepines;
  • Your present dose;
  • The size (dose) of the individual pills you use;
  • If you have started or finished your taper;
  • And anything else you feel would be useful for those wishing to reply to your introduction.

However, we stress, an introduction of a few lines to ensure you are not a spammer is usually all that is required. You can always flesh-out your story later.

If you are unsure of how to proceed, simply click here to create an account approval ticket. Remember to add a personalized title to the "Ticket Subject" box (not just a title of "Introduction"), and be sure to click the "Create Ticket" button when you have finished.
