Thanks again for another good article Lapis  :).  Looks like melatonin could be helpful for some kinds of insomnia.  I'm going to research it more.

Hi BurnedOut,

I think it's definitely worth a try. I used it for awhile, and it was fine for me. I didn't want to use anything long term, but it's a good, safe option, as far as I know.
