New va on benzos. Thoughts?

The only thing I felt iffy about was the last doctor in the video, who said he recommended antidepressants if one has anxiety from getting off benzos. I am uncertain about that, although some people have reported that Remeron works for them. My therapist kept trying to get me to be on an AD, but I was unwilling, although I wonder about it a lot when the anxiety is very high (like now).
