Self soothers

Some suck their thumb. Some eat food;yum! I need to rhyme to get to the next line. If I don't keep my mania in check. My brain will wonder, "what the heck! " I might drive to South America. Some hitch to soothe their ego. No mistake your not my amigo! Some smoke another cigarette. Some make themselves puke and wretch. Cut themselves for a second of feeling better. Cut someone else with paper from a letter. Wow I'd better head off to South America
