anyone tolerate prednisone 6 months out?

I am not looking for medical advice. 

Due to back/hip pain and arthritis - docs want to RX methylprednosolone 4mgs.  Has anyone taken steroids?  How did it go?  What happened to you?  WBB

Hey I have been on steroids 4 years for autoimmune stuff. I never had a problem until withdrawl when I had to up the dose I was on. I have been in big trouble ever since. Pretty much a crying bed rest disaster. I wish I had not done it. 4mg is a pretty low dose but I would hate for this to happen to you. Good luck!

Thnx recovery - I think I'll hold out - which was my first instinct.
