Comination Dry/Liquid Taper

                    Hi Folks,

                                    Has anyone had success with a combo dry/liquid taper?

I can't seem to get off the ground on how to proceed since reading horror stories of people going all liquid and having adverse w/d's.

        I take 1 1/2 mg xanax at bedtime most of the time.............Once in awhile, I'll take a 1/4 then do the rest at bedtime.

      I was considering doing 1/2mg dry and water taper the 1mg for the evening dose.

    Right now, my head is like an amusement park carousel trying to decide and all I know is I want off this shite with minimal wd's.

    All suggestions welcomed

You combine liquid and tablets into any total dose you choose.  I started at 9mg V, and never took more than 1mg from liquid.

But just FYI, I actually learned about DLMT on the old BDR board. Everyone on that site was doing liquid tapers, and I never saw any horror stories about switching to liquid.
