Agreed!  Glad to see it out there in the mainstream press in the UK.  Hope the US takes notice and does the same.

I am also in the US and know that if they take notice they will do nothing but throw money at it, while never helping those who need it. Most people here(on this forum) I think are middle class and expected to pay our own way, even when "programs" exist.

 

The easy and cheap way to help is to educate doctors in both prescribing and treating the aftermath of their prescribing fiasco.

 

It would also be helpful if insurance and govt programs just quit paying for the drugs after the 4 to 6 week recommended period.
