I AM FREE!!!

Hello Y'all!

So...my journey with Benzo's started around two years ago. I fell into a deep depression and my doc recommended I taek ADs and benzo's. I was overseas and I have to say the care there was better than what I have recived in the US. But my doc thought it was also good to continue on the benzo's for a while. Last year he decided I needed to start getting off them and so I did. I had minor relapses, and the only serious one ended with me having an IV in me for dehydration because the nauseas and vomiting due to the taper were really bad. Now I'm oficially two months benzo free and I'm loving it. I'm only on 20mg of my AD and it's fine with me since I'll probably have to take it for the long run. But no more benzo in my system and thank God for that.
