I am angry , Let your anger out!

I am so angry of what the billion $ industry that sell medicines does to us.We are only money and nothing else! This makes me ANGRY

That, and a gyn kept me on birth control pills until I got a blood clot! I told him I was in menopause years ago!  Now I have to suffer because I cant take any hormones at all. I should have gotten a second opinion but it was working

Don't get me started on contraceptive pills. It was the mood changes from taking the Pill that gave me the anxiety which started the incompetent freaking doctors prescribing LIBRIUM in the first place. I was 19, how was I supposed to know?

 

Don't they READ their professional literature? Aren't they required to keep up to date with research results? Do they not have sufficiently enquiring minds that make them wonder if a new drug might just be the problem? In a patient who never suffered anxiety before? Or are they so b:*#!y arrogant, and hold their patients in such contempt, that any mental suffering simply has to be attributable to the patient, never to any action of theirs.

 

I am so deeply wounded in my heart from all the unnecessary suffering over the years, the stigma I have endured for being labelled 'neurotic' within my own family, the lost opportunities due to inexplicable panic attacks during what should have been the best years of my life. Those years are gone for ever. The children I didn't have as a result will never be born.  Who knows what the long term affects will be.

 

Multiply this up by thousands, if not millions around the world. And we will never get justice because there is NOTHING that can ever make it up to us.

I am angry... -at specialists that wont do their job unless u use their product....

Ie. a pain medicine specialist that only says u need to do his private and expensive detox programme.

 

Or a gastroenterologist that is only interested in patients that need surgery..

Yes let it out!!

I had not have anxiety before my doc put me on escitoalpram and I got sick of a medicine that could had killed me. I can't metabolize escitalopram .My doc put me on higher and higher dose and so many pills that I got the severe Serotonin syndrome and could had died. And they add neuroleptic drugs because I had such a severe insomnia because of my anxiety.

 

I HATE THEM for what they had done to me. I trusted them.

I will never have those years back the years I lost because of not educated doc's .F**k them all 😠

I feel pure rage today. So many people suffer because doc's are just not intrested in learning new stuff. And they call us liars that the sxs we have is not even possible to have.

I have had a fight today and I will keep having fights with doc's that is arrogant...I will not be quite I will talk for all other people that don't have the strength or curage to do it

 

I am angry and sad. And it is nice to write it and put feelings in words!!!

My main beef is that I was given klonopin when I was fragile with a medical diagnosis, the doctor never discussed or counseled me about any problems with klonopin and as I was in a bad place I didn't do any due diligence as I should have.

To make matters worse I was given a prescription for 30 days with 3 refills, I was F'ed from day one.

 

2trusting:  Ditto about being given benzos for a medical situation, no benzo advice/warnings and me not doing due diligence because I was a wreck at the time.  Hang in there.
