wondering what dose I might be at

Hi,

I don't know if this is possible to figure out, but I was just wondering what dose I am currently at.

I take a .5mg clonazapan pill, crush it, add 60ml of milk and as of tonight I'll be drinking only 9ml of it.  I was just curious as to how much of the pill I'd have in there.  Doesn't seem like it's very much at all.  My biggest problem right now is head/throat/jaw tension, but seems a little better.  Anxiety is very high though, and really concerns me.  I hope this will ease up.

Maybe you could try and do 1/2 ml a night for a few nights, and see if you feel better.
