9 Months Benzo Free!

I just hit 9 months since my last benzo. I went to treatment for alcohol and benzo dependence last fall where I was tapered  very quickly. It was pure hell. But slowly, month after month, I've had windows of clarity and happiness. Still drink alcohol on occasion, which I always regret and know I shouldn't do, but I honestly just don't care some days and feel like I deserve it. I wish all of you continued healing! I'm really excited to hit one year, as I hear that's the turning point for many. This is just my opinion, but it seems like I need one month off benzos for every year I was on. But again, what's a number? Take care of yourself! We are all so worth it!!!
