[...]
I think part of the anxiety that comes while w/d is because of constanly having to check the time for dosing or focusing on the time of the next dose.
[Be...]
You are probably right, Karl. Until I got into a good routine of how much to take and how much to cut when, I kind of obsessed over controlling the process and doing it "right". I got pill containers from the drug store so I could put my doses in the little slots every night for the next day and then just take the amount in the little "boxes" at about the same time every day. [...]
Agree Karl. Don't focus on "having to" take your medication, turn your focus on to doing something for yourself, getting out, watching TV or whatever and don't clock watch to make sure you don't miss your next dose. Beeper's suggestion of dividing your doses up evenly during the day a good one - just don't obsess about "needing" the pills to get you through the day.
