Bones /Joint cracking

Does anyone have issues with their bones/joints making popping or cracking noises? Since I started my taper.in January my knees especially make crunching noises.My ankles,shoulders and bones in my neck pop also. I had a bone density test done but it came back normal. My bones hurt when I wake up.I am sore. I'm interested to here replies.

I had a lot of cracking sounds from my shoulders and neck.  It didn't hurt, but it was something that seemed new to me when I was in withdrawal.  Now I wonder if those little cracks were happening all the time, but the benzo masked the (subtle) sound.  I'm 2.5 years out now.  My neck will still make little crackling sounds when I move it in certain ways, but I'm totally used to it and it no longer 'bothers' me.
