[Ca...]
I know we are supposed to avoid glutamate containing foods, but what about food that contains high levels of glutamine? Glutamine converts to glutamate, but meat is one of the few things I can tolerate, and it's high in glutamine. I've tried vegan diets in the past, but the only low glutamate vegan foods are the ones that are highest in natural sugars. Thanks to SIBO, candida, hypoglycemia, and BW, I don't do very well with high sugar/carb diets.

[Ra...]
Of that list, I eat only turkey and oats. So, maybe it's best to limit them, but I don't know if I'd recommend complete elimination.
