What do I need to do a titration taper?

I saw a post before with a list of things that I will need to do a titration taper.  I got the mortar and pestle and now I can't find that post again!  lol.  I know there's a list somewhere of the stuff one needs to do this.

A mortar and pestle is optional. The most important items are glass jars, 1ml syringe, 10ml syringe and 100ml graduated cylinder (also optional). You can dissolve with vodka or propylene glycol and water. --V
