Ativan pills are just to hard to cut. Please help with liquid taper.

Ativan is extremely difficult to cut and I am very sensitive to my dosage. Can someone give me a reasonable taper plan for a dosage starting at.75 MG? I believe the issues I'm getting are from the dosage is not evenly distributed throughout the day.  I don't think I can get this accomplished without liquid titration. Any suggestions are welcome.

You can liquify the pills or get a pharma liquid, or even go to a compounding pharmacy.

I found liquid Librium to be so bitter I gave up on the idea. I had pills compounded for about 1$ a piece.

 

The librium was way easier to figure on because it was all in even Mgs. Check my sig.

Ativan  (lorazepam) is available as an Rx liquid.

 

Or your tablets can  easily be liquified with a small amount of vodka or propylene glycol.
