help with Bromazepam taper

Hi, I need help setting up a taper/titration. I have my 100ml beaker and syringe.

My problem is I've taken Bromazepam on an erratic basis. Rarely did I take it daily. Most times I took it once or twice a week. But maybe for the past month and a half because of high stress I've been taking it three times a week.

Would a titration every other day make sense?

I have 35 6mg tabs of Bromazepam left. I have eight 10mg tabs of Diazepam. I may be able to get more Diazepam from my doctor but I'm not seeing him for three weeks.
