This is a comprehensive and detailed document that covers the most important points about benzodiazepines -- history, actions, tolerance, dependence, withdrawal, etc. It could be printed out and shared with others, including doctors and family members, since it's clearly laid out.

I believe I may have shared this one before, but for those who haven't seen it, it's an excellent guide.
