How do I taper off 3 mgs of klonopin

Can you help me come up with a formula and details on how to taper off 3 mgs. Klonopin.? I want to eliminate the middle dose first. I want to take 2 years to complete the taper to be as asymptomatic as possible. I would think I should reduce every 4 weeks. What equipment do I need? I am cognitively impaired so I need to be walked through the whole process. Is anyone up for the challenge?  Thank you for any help you can give.
