Thank you. I just wish I didn't feel like I have the flu so that I could celebrate.

Hi Roberta, just want to wish you a good day. 

 

For me my last benzo dose was a great relief but somehow I didn't really feel like celebrating.  Kind of knew that the journey was not completely at an end but just knowing I wasn't adding any more poison to my body was a great feeling.  Three weeks out and I'm doing okay and at this time okay is good enough for me.

If I could just shake the brain fog and the veritgo................ but the vertigo isn't all benzo related so it'll probably never go away.
