Thanks, guys.   I know they say "one day at a time" but for some of us coming off these benzos it is more like "one minute at a time."  

 

I am feeling very good on day 3.  I have been able to sleep with the assistance of Doxepin, which I will taper as soon as I feel like the worst has past.  We'll see if I sleep tonight.  If not, I will sleep when my body is ready.
