Jon Kabat-Zinn is awesome. If any are interested in getting into  mindfullness practice, "Mindfulness in Plain English" is a great how-to manual.

Jon Kabat-Zinn is awesome. If any are interested in getting into  mindfullness practice, "Mindfulness in Plain English" is a great how-to manual.
