08/24/09-FINALLY BENZO FREE

hi folks-started tapering from 8 mg's clonazepam on 09/07.i am soooo happy to be rid of this poison.this is the hardest thing i have ever done in my life!!!!! i would like to say that if i can do it so, can everybody else. i know it's not easy by no means, and i've had many bumps along the road,but it can be accomplished.even tho i have not written much here on the board, i do follow it,and would like to thank everybody for their comments on the board.i don't think i could have made it without you guys. i will be dropping in from time to time as i still know i still have some healing to do.- thanks ed

The fact that you were able to taper from that large of an amount of Klonopin is amazing.  Congrats on being benzo free!!!  Keep us updated on how you are doing.  Let the healing begin!
