Need help Can I mix this with Klonopin?

My doctor told me I could use this to get sleep while coming off of Klonopin. I am down to .125mg one at night.

The product is called True Calm by NOW.

Niamincide 45mg

Vitamin B6  8 mg

magnesium 13 mg

GABA        200mg

gylcine      200mg

taurine      200 mg

inosotiol      100 mg

valerian      25 mg

Is this ok? I wasn't sure about the Gaba if this is ok while doing the withdrawl.

CB I have seen this posted on the forum several time. I am sure someone will come along and give you some advice on their experience with it, in the meantime you can type it into the search and read some other bb buddies experience with True Calm.

I am not familiar with this product, but I do know that when I was withdrawing I was discouraged from using GABA supplement as it has the potential to slow down healing of the gaba receptors. Also, B vitamins may cause a revving up of the nervous system in some people, which might not be conducive to sleep. But otherwise, I don't know there to be unsafe interactions between any of the ingredients and benzos.

Since your doc suggested it, I don't want to discourage you. Maybe you can have a further discussion with him about it.
