can stopping nyquil after a week cause withdrawals?

I have been off of klonopin since March and stopped my antidepressant 7 weeks ago...10 days ago I came down with a bad cold so I took Nyquil and Dayquil for a week.  One day after stopping it I started to feel anxious, depressed and now on my third day from not taking it I feel very panicky and am trembling....is this a wave or could stopping the Nyquil after just a week cause this?
