navigating this site and how fast is fast when tapering

im still tryintg to figure out how to navigate this site,,,,,

ive been doing a slow taper on valium and im very ill but I think its bc Im polydrugged on seraquel and remeron and gabapentin. tapering 18 mg valium. I cant keep going this slow if im going to be sick (pain) I might as well go faster and get off this stuff. Im tapering a 1 mg a month but was cutting 1 mg a week before when I croseed over from klonopin  but had a bike accident and fell and broke my clavicle and rotator cuff tear. I held for a month and became very ill. I started tapering slow using liguid valium but going slow isnt helping me get better. i wonder if going faster and getting off this stuff will help me. I have IC,IBS, from benzo wd,and I am in a lot of pain all the time.i take 8 mg am and 10 mg pm, I use liguid valium to cut 1 mg a month, can I go faster to get off this stuff I dont think im going to make it going this slow.
