Need a Titration Tapering plan.

3.5mg of Ativan per day. I take 1mg in the morning and 2.5mg at night.

So 1 whole tablet in the morning and 2½ tablets at night.

I created my own tapering schedule using the Excel spreadsheet downloaded from this site http://www.benzosupport.org/water_titration.htm.  It is very easy to use.
