Green ... yep ... onward we go ...

Kind of a back and forth day for me ... nothing dramatic ... the next few weeks hopefully will be "interesting" ... taking a few things for a test drive ... stuff I want to do, stuff I have had on the back burner for a while ... and easy stuff ... and I do feel that lousy voice nibbling in the shadows ... "not yet" ... "too soon" ... "watch out" ...

Well ... 'so what" is my response ... doing this stuff one day at a time ... that's all we can do ...

Hi Green.  " healthy benzo free [...]"....here we come. ...
...Green, I am hoping a few people who are out further than we are will find this thread and come on and let us know how they are doing and how they managed any months post 18.

[...], I'm with you.  Yesterday was stunningly challenging.  (But still better than pre-18!) I'd say mostly physical, but at some point I think I had mild DR.  And I check myself by how much I want to get lost in my ancestry tree.  Slept 9 hours last night.  Fell off by 3:30 a.m.  which is major.  So even the broken sleep is getting better.  Today is a good day. made it to the recycling center, got rid of bags of electronics.  and feeling better now.  and I haven't before this for awhile, my bad days were terrible, really. Like Jenny, I was thinking, my God, it feels like I'm getting worse.  but today is much better.

what keeps me going is knowing somebody else had it, had it as far out as I am, and got better.  and knowing I'm not alone, that we're all in this together.  And then I can slam the door on the little fear gremlins and keep on keeping on, one foot in front of the other.   this is hard enough without being terrified.

As I said, a little better today.  Off to see Iphigenia.

To [...] and [...]:  Love me, love my couch!

[...], have you ever got that right!  doldrums.  Jenny said it felt like low grade depression.  Lost Dog called it apathy.  the thing is, we all had it, felt it, and it broke today, I feel the [...] you're talking about.  probably springs from the knowledge this is the beginning of the last leg of this journey.  we're almost there.

[...]....teeth pain and pressure is bad....some days I cry....it's extreme tightness....I'm confused as to having extracted root canal before jumping....pain was bad....another surgery pain bad...then I jumped off clonazepam ...due to a doctor telling me that benzo can cause teeth disorder...and since I was waking up with lock jaw during sleep while on clonazepam ...I figured it was benzo related..due to tooth issues started seven days after running out of clonazepam .....but sad to say only locked jaw has stopped...teeth pain so bad some days I cry....taste is bad I have very high inflammation in extracted tooth site...and also in salivary glands....had the salivary gland biospy...inflammation in mouth is high for sjogrens ...burning mouth is bad but not everyday...I just have muscle tightness issues all over ...it likes to jump ....mouth and face and stomach is the worst for muscle tightness..ugh
Going to another root canal specialist monday....to talk about inflammation...to make sure it's not something from extracted root canal...then followingnweek I go back to rheum. Doc...
I wish I could relieve mouth and jaw tightness...

Hi all...I'm depressed today.  It is a rarity for me but I guess the magnitude of this whole journey makes it impossible to avoid.  Like others posted I am in a state of apathy.  I'm just sick of being unwell.  Finally get a decent day yesterday and back to very unwell today.  Have a nice dinner to make but probably will just get Thai.  Is this the first depressing post of the new thread?   :-\
