It just depends what type of juice... Some interact with the CYP450 enzymes and can inhibit the Valium causing an "updose" in your system. Such as grapefruit juice and certain types of orange juice and pomegranate juice. Not sure on the grape juice whatever you do, if it were me I would do it consistently so the reaction is the same every time you dose.
