Sorry guys I meant 1mg per 100mls of milk

with a 2mg/100ml solution.  You could do 1ml reduction a day which is .02mg a day or .5ml a day which would be .01mg a day.  I here that the last few mg of Valium can be very difficult. 

 

I know builder tapered valium maybe he will chime in.

I agree.  At 2mg V .02mg (1ml) per day might be doable.  If you do not have a good idea what rate to choose I'd begin with .01mg (.5ml) and establish that as a valid cut.  Test it for a few weeks.  And as the next step up I'd do .015mg (.75ml).  Retest.  Then try .02mg.

With 1mg/100ml just double the ml values.  So a .01mg cut would be 1ml, .015mg would be 1.5ml, and .02mg would be 2ml.

So what are most people coming down by 1ml a day

I am pretty crappy now maybe slow is not the way to go but faster  says something in ashton manual about this

Sounds like you need to hold.  I don't agree at all that faster would be better.
