Tritration Schedule

I need help on figuring out tritration schedule.

I have been taking Lorazepam .5 mg twice a day for  6 years.

If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated!

 

Put either the entire dose or .5mg in liquid form.  There are several ways to do this with lorazepam.  Dose without cutting for at least a week, then I'd begin by removing .003mg per day as a starting point.  There is no schedule.  Your body will tell you.

If you did a 100ml/1mg Lorazepam solution.  Each 1ml = .01mg of L.  So .003mg equals .3ml a day reduction.  Does that make sense?
