[Te...]
I don't know if the calcium channel blocker would work for benzos. Since it's a blood pressure pill, it could help with anxiety spikes during w/d. But I never got a feeling of euphoria from benzos, and my use was not associated with people, places, sights, sounds, and smells, as what might happen for an alcoholic or cocaine user. A favorite bar, a drinking buddy, etc. With me it was just the physical anxiety that rose up, no matter what I was doing, because the drug was wearing off. Calcium channel blockers have their own side effects, and the pill would have to be tapered off of slowly.

[Fl...]
Addiction is the least of my problems so something like this would do nothing for me. Also, I am not anti drug but I now realize that drugs prescription drugs can do MUCH more harm than doctors or drug companies claim they can so I would have to see some pretty compelling evidence that a drug was safe AND effective for me to justify popping a pill to try to reverse the damage another pill caused. If this experience has taught me anything it is that there are no free rides.
