So I did the 2ml of vodka, dissolved the .50 Ativan and added 98ml of water. I thought it would look like hazy liquid but it looks like a snow globe. I thought the particles would be a lot smaller. When they settle they look like fine sand. Is this right?

The insoluble particles are binders and fillers, they are NOT benzo.  The med itself has gone into solution.  You doin't need to be concerned about the insolubles.
