Need plan to taper off of 5mg Ativan

Newbie here;

 

I'm looking for a titration plan to taper off of 5mg Ativan/day.  I am not concerned how long it will take because I want to minimize the impact to my family life and work. 

 

I had a very bad experience coming off of Klonopin about 5 years ago way too quickly (advice of a pDoc I no longer see).

If you don't get a reply here ,come on over to the support groups and go on to the tapering off Ativan thread. They are helping me off Ativan too.

If I were you I would liquify 1mg and taper that at a rate of .01mg a day.  Take the other 4mg in pill form.  You could make a 100ml/1mg A solution and reduce 1ml/.01mg a day.
