As some of you know a group has been pursuing medical recognition in the form of an ICD code. This will prevent an iatrogenic illness from being coded as substance abuse or mental illness. We have been engaged with some of the topic psychiatric and addiction specialist in the country, and even though I know there is a great deal of disdain for the medical community, we need their help to make a change in this broken process.
