This is the best and most comprehensive information that I've read about benzos.

Perhaps it should be moved to chewing the fat, or pinned.

It's a useful resource, in some ways similar to the Ashton method, in some ways different.

I remember seeing this a few years ago. It looks like a great resource to help medical professionals understand this illness.

The best part is that the focus is on dependence, and I only say addiction mentioned once.

My only criticism is that it pretty much caps withdrawal at 2-3 years. This sets an expectation and can have negative consequences for anyone who falls outside of those time frames.

The authors don't know how long and extreme post-withdrawal can be.

Or they don't want to admit to it.
