A very disturbing article to read about doctors cashing-in on the addiction of others that started in the first place by PCP's and other doctors. Pure GREED at the expense (maybe the lives) of others. I've always said "half of all doctors graduated in the bottom half of their class."  In our little town, we had a doctor who subscribed narcotics to anyone who showed up...without an exam even. In our state, narcotics are tracked closely. This doctor got caught on two fronts: excessive prescriptions (in the millions of pills yearly) and one of his "patients" died from OD. The courts sentenced him to 25 years mandatory federal sentence which means he will probably die in prison. 

No doubt Zion, there are many responsible good Doctors out there....

but the damage some clowns in white do is criminal, period.

and must be stopped, a problem all over the world !
