I love this song! It's actually written by The Verve if I'm not mistaken, but Ben does an awesome job covering it! 

This is a Bill Maher interview that I think is hilarious!    I don't think I would have appreciated this type of humor a few years ago, though.

Hilarious yes, but too true for comfort.  I'd really like to get away from the just take a pill mentality.  My family tells me even though I can't take mind altering drugs anymore, I still need to take life saving drugs.  I think I heard somewhere that diet and exercise can reduce cholesterol....okay I've heard it everywhere!

Ya know, I think I heard that too!  Someone actually used to tell me that exercise can reduce stress - the nerve of them!!!  They made me so upset I had to go pop a few Peanut M&M's! 

 

Isn't it funny how life can turn around on you?  When you least expect it......
