Here's the full title of disturbing study from France: "Pre-hatching fluoxetine-induced neurochemical, neurodevelopmental, and immunological changes in newly hatched cuttlefish."

Also known as Prozac, fluoxetine residue has been found in coastal waters and its effects are being reflected in sea creatures, such as cuttlefish.

The authors write: "Our results showed for the first time that organic contaminants, such as FLX, could pass through the eggshell during embryonic development, leading to a substantial accumulation of this molecule in hatchlings."
