what cut was used on the way to zero

hello forum.

 

i am at about 1.6 or less mg away from finishing from my initial 10mg valium.

went at a 3.5 ml cut all the way to zero, held for a week, then went to a 2ml cut all

the way to 2mg, then 1ml all the way to 1.6. got very symptomatic and had to hold a month,

no improvement, so updosed for about 2 weeks.

 

am now past the 21ml wall (23ml today) and my sleep is improving and the main symptom

of elevated heart rate is lessening. i am currently at a cut of  1/2 ml which equals .3 mg.

 

hoping to make it to zero on this cut. with regards to valium did anyone go lower than this cut?

Hey there. I have been doing .01mg daily cuts for last 1.5mg.. but thats just me. I would continue at a rate the works without symptoms that are meaningful. You are so close - no need to hurry!!
