Suggestions please about dry cutting for surgery day

I have surgery in a few days and need help with the Clonazepam dry cut doses I should take for the day. I've been on milk titration dosing 4x per day, not evenly (more in a.m & at night). The dose I am currently at is 0.638mg.

 

Any suggestions about how to dry cut for this one day?

It's hard to be specific unless I know more about the situation, but it you can't get the right dose itis better to error with too much benzo than to leave yourself short.  One day of extra will be okay.

If I were you, I'd dose .25 mg, 3 times throughout that one day,  then go back to your dose and hold for a day or two before starting the taper back up.

 

A one off dose won't derail your taper.
