confused how do you up dose

If you are doing a tablet and liquid reduction just say for example 1mg in 100ml and was reducing by 1ml per day .If you got to 37ml withdrawn and found symptoms bad how would you know where to up dose too or could you just hold at the 37ml until it subsided .sorry confused .Thanks

How long have you been symptomatic?  Based on my experience, if I didn't stabilize within 15 days, I wasn't going to stabilize.

 

So my suggestion would be hold for 2 weeks, and if you still feel bad, go back to the last dosage where you were stable.

Thank you builder I got more symptoms towards the last 10 mls I had left .I have now completed that taper and depression has hit so I am holding before my next taper .I don't really stabilise either some symptoms subside .I just get confused when I hear people on here reducing with hardly any symptoms and that they up dose alot .Thank you
